What service do we provide?
I am a private English speaking guide and driver on the French Riviera specializing in personalized experiences such as private tours for American travelers, including sailing tours.

Do we need a guide to explore the French Riviera ? Is it worth it ?
From all my years of experience, I have heard it enough to know exactly how much of a plus a guide can be … As for how much you’re going to pack in a day without ever feeling rushed and without having to think about anything. The logistic is all taken care of for you to make sure you spend the best day possible … Stress free !

What type of tours do I give ?
My tours are always private and fully à la carte. I take great pride in being attentive to my guests, carefully adapting each day to their interests, energy level, and personal rhythm. With many years of experience guiding travelers in the region, my priority is to create a smooth, relaxed and truly personalized experience—one that reflects both your expectations and the Riviera at its very best.
I simply don’t believe in rigid itineraries. After all these years of guiding on the Riviera, my absolute goal remains the same: for you to enjoy a truly unforgettable day, relaxed, inspired, and well taken care of.

What type of vehicle do I provide ?
We’ll be traveling in a beautiful brand new KIA EV9, very spacious and comfortable electric SUV, perfect for enjoying the day while moving smoothly along the coast.

How many guests can I host ?
The KIA EV9 hosts up to 6 passengers comfortably.
(And yes the 2 seats on the third row obviously have a little less leg space … But nothing compared to most of the existing vehicles. (Yes I have tried them ALL and KIA finally answered my prayers !) Everybody will be perfectly comfortable.)

Where do I pick you up ?
I pick you up directly from your hotel in the morning and drop you off at the end of the day, easy and seamless.

What time do the tour starts ? How long does it last?
In general, my private full-day tours last around 8 hours, usually starting at 9:00 AM and ending around 5:00 PM. That said, I’m always happy to adjust the schedule if you have specific timing needs or preferences.

Can I combine a tour and a sailing experience ?
Yes, it is a possibility as long as you are ready to adapt to weather conditions (sea and wind), meaning the sailing part can be morning OR afternoon and we arrange the touring part around it. The captain (aka my partner, always knows what is best in terms of finding the best balance between comfort and fun !)

What type of boat are we talking about?
A beautiful, classic and elegant 36 FT Hallberg Rassy. (Swedish boat) which can shelter 4 guests comfortably. It is always about the sensation of feeling the wind, having fun going for a dip in the mediterranean and enjoying a snack…
Remember you’re in for a fun, authentic adventure … Not for yacht and champagne style 😉

Do I need a car to visit Monaco ?
Monaco is a complicated area to walk around, hilly and not necessarily pedestrian friendly… As well as a nightmare to drive through when you are not familiar with it. It has honestly been over 15 years that my guests thank me for recommending doing it with me rather than on their own.
(I am always happy to recommend whatever can be done on your own anywhere along the coast)
How many places should we visit a day ?
Based on my experience, I generally recommend visiting an average of three locations per day. This pace strikes the perfect balance between discovering the richness and diversity of the French Riviera and enjoying each place without ever feeling rushed.
What are the lunch options ?
For lunch, I offer several options depending on your tastes and budget — from casual local spots to more refined restaurants. Food is an important part of the experience here, and I always make sure it fits your expectations.
What is the booking process ?
Once we agree on the date, I send you a 30% deposit to pay through a secured payment link. Once I receive the deposit, I send you a FINAL TOUR CONFIRMATION with all the details.
What is our cancellation policy?
- If you cancel up to 30 days before the tour, you get your money back as I still have a chance to rebook.
- After this, you get 50% back
- Up to 7 days before the tour, there is no refund
